Dancer Registration Steps
Follow the steps outlined below to register your dancer for their audition.
Step 1: Review Audition Information
Please review the Audition Information page. It contains helpful information that you need to know before completing Step 2.
Step 2: Submit Registration Form
Complete the Audition Registration Form for ONE of the two audition dates listed below:
Note: The registration deadline for auditions is the Thursday before each audition date.
Step 3: Submit Volunteer Form
Complete the Volunteer Signup Form. Please note this form is mandatory and must be completed before your dancer's audition date.

Additional Registration Forms
1. Party Guest Registration
For adults who are interested in participating in the Act I Party Scene, please complete the Party Guest Registration form.
2. Professional Dancer Video Registration
For Professionals who are interested in participating in The Nutcracker, please complete the Professional Dancer Registration form.
Note: After submitting the registration form, participants will receive a confirmation email detailing the submission requirements.

1. How to Take Proper Measurements of Your Dancer
During the Audition Registration (Step 2), you will need to provide the following body measurements for your dancer:
- Height (inches)
- Weight (lbs)
- Waist (inches)
- Girth (inches)
- Chest (inches)

Following these guidelines will ensure a perfect fit for your dancer.
2. How to Check In on Audition Day
- Arrival: Dancers should check in outside 15 minutes before their scheduled audition time to receive their audition number.
- Entry: Check-in will be on the left side of the building through the Boutique door. Dancers will be assigned a number at check-in and called into the building when it's time for their audition.
- Parents/Guardians: Waiting areas inside the building are unavailable during auditions. Those waiting for dancers will need to wait outside or inside vehicles.
- Hydration: To ensure your well-being, it's crucial that all dancers and parents bring water to stay hydrated, especially as it is expected to be very hot outside.
